Boditech Med ㅡ “A human-centric company with diverse and passionate people”

Hello, I am Sena working at Global Sales Division 3, dedicated to the Latin America region. I spent my childhood in Brazil. After graduating high school, I came to South Korea to attend university. It was kind of hard to get used to Korean life at the first time, but I enjoy the challenges of living in here and I had fully adapted as it has been more than 14 years. I am glad to be part of Boditech Med, one of top in-vitro diagnostic companies. Based on my language skills as well as my background knowledge and experience, I would like to be a great asset of LATAM sales team. 

When you think of Brazil, what first comes to your mind? I believe everyone would say ‘soccer’, right? My favorite sport is futsal. I have been enjoying playing futsal since I was young. I am trying to play once a week in a women’s futsal club in these days. And when I work in HQ, located in Chuncheon, I usually run alongside the river called Gongchicheon on which I can relieve my stress by sweating and literally burning all the calories. I’ve recently joined a Yoga and Pilates classes where I can relieve my daily fatigue after work. I believe that physical strength and mental health are more important than anything else in order to keep working passionately. Therefore, I am trying to keep the balance in all the areas of my life.

I am a sales representative covering the Brazilian IVD market and managing our authorized distributors. I have a big responsibility to take care of them as there are many things that I can learn from the market and Boditech Med has established a solid relationship with the distributors. What I am working on is to oversee all tasks related to Brazil, from managing orders, establishing sales strategies, market research, registrations, marketing, etc. I have communicated with related departments such as R&D, Marketing, SCM, and RA to work in collaboration for small to big projects. 

I am still having a good impression as I did before I joined to Boditech Med. When it comes to the good parts of working at Boditech Med, I would say that there are many people who are passionate with a warm heart. There is a respect for each other’s opinions and tasks Also, Boditech Med provides a pleasant & flexible working environment and offers diverse opportunities that you can develop your career. Of course, there were small to big difficulties and hurdles throughout the way. However, I could get through it with my team, and I am fully satisfying with my work at Boditech Med. 

My goal is to be a sales expert in Latin America in the IVD industry. With my specialized knowledge and experience in Latin America, I would like to maintain good relationship with our distributors. I am keeping my eyes on the current IVD trend and will establish right strategies for the Brazilian market to fulfill the customer needs. I am planning to make Boditech Med as top IVD company in Brazil. In addition, I would like to find new distributors and will do my best to take care of them.
