Boditech Med ㅡ "Enabling me to take an active approach to everything!"

Good morning everyone. This is Minwoo Kang. I am working at Global Sales Division 1 focusing on the domestic market. After being in the medical device industry for about 9 years, I have been working at Boditech Med since 2020. 

I usually spend most of my time caring my baby in weekdays. And I like group sports. Especially, my favorite sport is baseball. I am a big fan of LG twins. On Saturdays, I play baseball in amateur league. Please contact me if you want to join us, as my team is always open. (Don’t be shy, we are looking for best friends, not a best player.)

I am managing and supporting more than 30 distributors with 150 hospitals (large hospital, small hospital, private hospital, and public hospital, etc) located in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Jeolla Province. My main work is to visit & consult each client to figure out what in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) solutions they need and to finally provide reliable IVD solutions.

As I have a little experience in IVD market before I joined to Boditech Med, it was hard for me to get used to it. However, I gained confidence after I took the well-established education courses provided by Boditech Med. It helped me a lot to understand our products with innovative technologies and to figure out the trend of IVD market. 

I used to work with a passive mind in my previous company. But the way I work is totally changed after working at Boditech Med. I am taking an active approach to everything. What I am focusing on these days is to see the trend of IVD market as it has been rapidly changing. I have been keeping my eyes open to establish new strategies for each client. I believe this change could happen as Boditech Med provides an ideal working environment with employees.

I would like to build an environment that everyone could get better medical services with right diagnostic tests. I am sure I can make it happen with Boditech Med.
