Boditech Med ㅡ “Where you can grow your career with diverse opportunities”

Hello everyone! This is Hyunah Ahn from Global Sales Division 3, North America and Pacific Team. Prior to joining Boditech Med, I was working for two different companies in different industries for 9 years. Then, I joined Boditech Med last year during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I've been doing Yoga and Pilates for a while. Especially, whenever I'm stressed or my body is stiff from work, I will always say that Yoga is the best exercise I’ve ever done. If you go on a trip sometime, I highly recommend you take a one-day class experiencing local style of Yoga.

I am in charge of the US among the North American market, and I am working with the team to establish sales strategies for the US in-vitro diagnostic market with analysis of current IVD solutions and to finally build partnerships with diverse hospitals, pharmacy chains, and medical device distributors in the United States. In particular, there were many opportunities such as various bidding or public program related to COVID-19 at the state/government level in the United States. I have participated in these projects several times and played a role in raising the brand awareness of Boditech Med’s products.

Before joining Boditech Med, I barely knew about the in-vitro diagnostic industry. However, I learned how much the diagnostic industry has an impact on our lives especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The more I know about our products, I am proud that Boditech Med's products have already been developed and supplied to necessary places in many countries. I believe no other company has as diverse a product range and reagents as ours.

In my opinion, one of the strengths of Boditech Med is that Boditech Med is always open for opportunities. If you have specific goals with action plans, anyone can propose their ideas and our colleagues will listen carefully as Boditech Med has a flexible atmosphere. 

Currently, my biggest goal is to successfully complete a project with a US company that I have been working on for several months. In this project as a PM, I’ve been challenging, but I could overcome the diverse difficulties with continuous communications with partners & Boditech Med stockholders cooperating with my colleagues from design team, product team, RA and R&D team. I enjoy working this project and looking forward to getting a result of this project in the near future.
