Boditech Med ㅡ "Becoming the top IVD company with strong growth potential"

Hello. I’m Younghaeng Lee working as a General Manager of the Device Manufacturing Division at Boditech Med.

I was working as a team leader of Device Development Design Team at the R&D Center. After then, I was assigned as a General Manager of Device Manufacturing Division since August of 2019. Based on various experience in device development, I have been striving to manufacture all IVD analyzers at Boditech Med without any issues.

As a bridgehead for China market, Boditech Med planned to establish a subsidiary company at Guangxi. What I believe one of most memorable projects I did was that I’ve establish a local production line for Boditech (Guangxi) Biotechnology Co., Ltd to produce the flagship device. I also shared diverse insights with our Chinese colleagues. I am currently managing the device division at HQ and Guangxi. As both are operating very well without any issues and the manufacturing output has been increasing every year, the project was incredibly rewarding. 

It’s been 10 years since I joined Boditech Med. While working for a decade, the biggest strength that I felt is the chairman’s active support for employees’ difficulties and improvements. Also, it is a great advantage that all executives and employees are actively cooperating and helping each other during the peak season. 

For those who wish to join Boditech Med, I would like to emphasize that our company has been growing constantly and will continue to grow. I think each of our employee’s development can be the future of Boditech Med. We look forward to applicants who want to become the best in the global diagnostic market beyond Korea. In addition, I will also try to do my better to be the best, as a member of the growing Boditech Med.
