Boditech Med ㅡ “Never afraid of changes and challenges”

Hello, I am Yoon Suk Lee working at the R&D Center as a managing director. 

Since I have joined Boditech Med, I have been working at the R&D center in charge of developing new technologies and products, and now I am taking the overall responsibility of the R&D center. Especially, I am internally working on the overall management and supervision of R&D. And externally, I am continuously focusing on clinical and joint research for our products in association with institutions such as hospitals and universities.

I believe that one of the most memorable projects was the ABC (ARKRAY Boditech Med Cooperation) project in collaboration with ARKRAY, one of leading companies in in-vitro diagnostics market in Japan. Our researchers and ARKRAY researchers have been working together for three years at our HQ in Chuncheon. This experience reminds me that it was tough project, but it was worth working with ARKRAY. The thing was that it was difficult to get used to work together at the beginning of the project as we both have different development process. However, we found a middle ground and after then everything worked well. This project enabled us to experience ARKRAY's research method and we can finally launch our “TRIAS series”. It was an excellent opportunity for us to grow internally and externally. 

One of the biggest benefits I felt while working at Boditech Med is an atmosphere of freedom and well-supported R&D environment. Researchers can fully focus on development without delay due to a lack of support as Boditech Med always support well. In addition, a culture that respects each other's personalities has been well established. Most of the colleagues have been able to maintain smooth human relationships. Finally, the most significant advantage is the Boditech Med’s employee benefit programs. Even if I don't explain details, I believe everyone at Boditech Med would appreciate it.

If there is one thing I would like to say to those who join the company, Boditech Med is a company that is constantly growing. In other words, if you have the passion, the spirit of challenge, and you have no fear of change, Boditech Med will always provide you with countless opportunities to grow.
