Boditech Med ㅡ "Strong and Firm beliefs that inspire"

Hello, Everybody! I am Young min Kim and I have been working at the Product Management division since this year. 

Product Management Division is divided into three departments; Regulatory Affair, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control team. I am in charge of the product management division as a managing director supporting all three departments to get the best results. The purpose of these each of department is to satisfy the legal requirements of our products, to control quality-related data, and to manage the launched products with proper inspections. Especially, Regulatory Affair department is mainly working on product stability and efficacy of products to fit each of countries’ public health policy. And Quality assurance and quality control departments have focused on maintaining the product quality through our QMS(Quality Management System).

I’ve been working at Boditech Med for 21 years. I believe the most memorable moment was when Boditech Med recorded $250,000 (three hundred million won) as I was fully focused on developing our products fitting on customer’s needs. It was the first year of sales performance in China.

What I have learned while working at Boditech Med is how to handle and manage challenges. When Boditech Med started its business, we have focused on developing new products with new concept. We didn’t even think of imitating other companies’ products. I believe that this experience enabled our company to grow continuously as I did. 

When Boditech Med started its business, there was less or weak spotlight & public intention for the diagnostics industry. With all sorts of difficulties, I am truly proud of the fact that Boditech Med is currently competing with other global in-vitro diagnostic companies.
