Boditeh Med ㅡ "A New Challenge Every Day"

Hello everybody, I am Kim Byeong-chul in charge of analyzer development at the R&D Center.

Since I have joined BoditechMed, I have been developing diverse immunoassay analyzers and improving the quality of analyzer for the last 20 years.

I have not only acquired diverse experience but also faced various challenges while creating diverse analyzers. However, I am still not used to it. Especially, I am still nervous when we are officially launching new analyzer. There was a moment when I was very embarrassed. The thing was that we were showcasing our new analyzer at an exhibition, but it didn’t work. I had no idea why that happened as it worked well in our R&D center. But this kind of experience made me to consider more details as well as enabled me to handle unexpected situation.

Since I have joined Boditech Med, I have been with the company through the process of growth until now. The most important thing is that our employee benefit programs are also growing with the company's growth at the same time. In other words, I believe that the company is not only growing alone but growing together with employees. As the company grows, it will continue to change into an environment where employees can fully focus more on their work and show off their capabilities.
