Providing qualified & effective education courses for new employees!

Hi, I am Reetika Dutta, originally from India. I joined to Boditech this July. I’m currently working at Global Sales Division 1 Western Asia Team, specifically for the region of India as a Sales Manager.

After completing well-established education courses by Boditech Med, I’ve finally joined my team and taken charge of sales targeting all over India. I also support Boditech Med India Private Limited, one of Boditech Med’s subsidiary office located in Mumbai (India) and am also responsible for conducting market research and collecting statistical data for the IVD industry in India.

One of the benefits of working at Boditech Med is the well-established education courses. Boditech Med provides the courses for new employees. It was very helpful for me to understand our products technically and biologically and to grasp latest trend of In-Vitro Diagnostic market before I started working. It was hard to pass but it was truly worth taking the courses. Besides that, since all the departments are interconnected and always in communication with one another, I’m constantly in touch with people from the other departments which helping me enhancing my team working skills and communication skills. 

Boditech Med is a great place to work because most importantly, it has a healthy and supportive work environment. Especially, as Boditech Med provides accommodation for employees and company shuttle bus, it’s great for commuting to work. And the company has its own cafeteria serving various western and eastern fusion dishes and authentic Korean cuisine every day. It tastes really good. These above factors have made a direct and positive impact in my work-life balance and overall satisfaction from my job.
