Hello, I am Lee Jae-ho, CEO of UGENECELL Inc., a subsidiary of Boditech Med focusing on Molecular Diagnostics. Now that the importance of molecular diagnostics has been highlighted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been appointed as a CEO of UGENECELL. Based on the past 20 years of diverse R&D and 5 years of marketing experiences, I have been striving to fulfill the unmet needs for the molecular diagnostics market.

As a CEO, I am in charge of the operation of the UGENECELL focusing on product development, marketing, and sales to meet our customer’s needs. 

I was working as a Director of Academic Research at Boditech Med before I joined to UGENECELL. Based on trend & clinical trial analysis of IVD market, I’ve researched and developed diverse academic reports for cardiac-related products, including all products at Boditech Med. I believed that the one of the most difficult challenges was when COVID-19 pandemic has begun. The thing was that as there was few information about new infectious diseases in the early stages of COVID-19, it was hard to find the contingency plan right away for COVID-19. However, we, all Boditech members, could overcome the COVID-19 pandemic doing continuous search for new information about the virus and need for clinics. Based on the information and market feedback, R&D team finally developed the COIVD-19 products and Boditech Med could finally make a great achievement in COVID-19 pandemic.
